- Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in the state of North Carolina only.
- Do you have special instructions for cleaning/washing my JGolf products?

Golf bags and head covers may be hand washed with a mild soap and water.
Putter head covers may be washed in the washing machine with similar colors and tumble dried.
Golf towels are 100% cotton and may be washed on delicate cycle and hung to dry.
- Do you sell or release my personal information?

We respect your privacy and will not sell or release your information to anyone without your consent. Please see our Customer Service page for additional details.
- How do I get my tracking number?

You should recieve your tracking number via email once the product is shipped, if you don't you may contact us by filling out this form or you may call us at 888.798.9036.
- How do refunds/credits work? How is a refund/credit applied? Do you offer in-store credit?

The credit applied is always charged back to your original payment method or we will issue you a store credit after 30 days. In the case of the initial order being paid by check or money order, we will issue a company check for the refund unless after 30 days we will issue a store credit.
- How long does it take to ship an order?

JGolf products are typically shipped out in 1 - 3 business days. Some products on our site are carried by other vendors and may be shipped separately & may take up to 3-10 business days to ship.
- I am experiencing trouble with my shopping cart. What can I do?

Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:
Cookies are not enabled, or your browser is configured to block www.jgolfandsport.com and/or www.jgolfandsport.com cookies.
The clock on the computer is not set correctly.
The computer you're using is behind a firewall. Please disable the firewall and try again.
You are using a outdate, unsupported browser.

- I returned my order. What happens now?

Prior to returning please call us at 888-798-9036 before 30 days of the transaction. We will give you a PO number and then you may return the product at your expense. We do not pay shipping for the returned product back to our facility. Once we receive the package, we'll credit your credit card back in full. If you paid via check or money order, we'll send you a check for the full amount. An email notification will be sent to notify you of the returned merchandise.
